How do I review/submit chargebacks manually?
You may decide that you would like to review certain disputes prior to submission. Manual review allows you to flag disputes that fall within parameters you create. For instance, you may want to review disputes over a certain dollar amount. Disputes under manual review will only be submitted if action is taken by you or your team. By default you will receive an email notification when a dispute requires manual review, but you can change that in your notification settings.
In your Chargehound dashboard, you can create Manual Review rules by selecting ‘Settings’ from your account drop-down menu and clicking into the ‘Workflow’ tab. In the Manual Review box, select the blue ‘+’ button to add a new rule. By default you will receive an email notification when a dispute requires manual review, but you can change that in your notification settings.
