When should I dispute chargebacks manually?

Sometimes you’ll want to manually review a chargeback before submitting it, for instance if you know a certain customer or a certain account tends to be fraudulent, or if you have a chargeback that may be for a higher order value than normal. This is something to discuss with your Chargehound account manager, who can help you determine when you should set manual review rules.
