How do I assign a dispute for a team member to answer?

In the ‘Disputes’ tab on your dashboard, click on the ‘View details’ link on the dispute you would like to assign, click on ‘Assign this dispute’, and type or click on the team member’s name to whom you would like to assign the dispute. By default, the user will receive an email notification that a dispute has been assigned to them.
