Is there a way to add evidence to a dispute beyond what is automatically provided in the template?

To add evidence to a dispute, click ‘View details’ on the dispute in question, and scroll to the section below ‘Additional Information’. There are a few ways to supplement the dispute. You can add multiple products to the dispute or add customer communication here. Another option is to use the free text box, which will be sent alongside the dispute. We recommend you take advantage of dispute queueing and/or the ‘Manual Review’ feature to flag any disputes that need additional information.
