What are Template Select Rules?
Template Select rules are created to match chargebacks to a specific template based on data fields. The rules can be seen/updated in your dashboard settings under the ‘Workflow’ tab. Accounts have the option to match disputes to templates in the API integration, or via the Template Select rules. We recommend using the template select rules when possible, as it is easier to make changes to the workflow later on. If a template is specified via API, that will always override any template rules.
